Nasa Book Illustrations

I going to layout the book in a really simple way, by using alternate sheet of white and coloured stock I can make really interesting spreads where one page is white and the other is coloured, I will be using the white pages for some really simple type layout and the coloured pages for illustrations on each topic. In these illustrations I've tried to Be very simple by using what are almost just icons and silouhettes over halftone photo montages I have made from photographs of the moon and starry skies. The background is essentially the same on each illustration which the overlaid imagery changed each time. When printed onto bright coloured stock the stock colour really shines through the gaps and creates a great effect.
